Our Seasons
2018-19 Season
The 2018-19 season is the third year of our program, and the first year that we got to host and participate in our own tournament! Our A team went on to win the tournament and the excellence award, while our B team finished in second place. We will compete in 5 regional competitions, and then hope to compete in the state championship!
2017-18 Season
Our 2017-18 season was only the second year of existence for the Ripley High School Robotics Team. Our team travelled to many regional competitions, and secured our ticket to states through winning the skills competition. Our team had been placing consistently in the top of the bracket during our tournaments, but had yet to win. Our team powered through, and went on to win the 2018 VEX West Virginia State Championship, securing our bid to VEX Worlds! Our team went on to have a winning record in the world tournament, and set the bar high for the future of Ripley High School Robotics.
